Warranty conditions

We grant you a 2-year guarantee for our CHRONOVA watches. We give the two-year guarantee on material and manufacturing defects. In the event of a guarantee, you are entitled to the following guarantee:

Free exchange of the watch for an equivalent item (possibly also a successor model).

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

The guarantee only applies to consumers in the sense of § 13 BGB

The scope of the guarantee includes the Federal Republic of Germany and the member states of the European Union.

The guarantee does not apply to damage to our watches as a result of:

improper handling and negligence (e.g. throwing, dropping)

Use of force (e.g. blow, push, fall)

Environmental influences (e.g. moisture, water, dust, fire, heat, cold)

Failure to follow the operating instructions or the care instructions (e.g. failure to observe the avoidance of water contact)

unauthorized repairs and changes

normal wear and tear or normal aging of the materials used

The scope of the guarantee also does not include wear and tear on the case, bracelet and battery. The signs of wear and tear visible on the case or bracelet of a watch are considered normal signs of use.

In order to check the guarantee requirements, it is necessary that you send us the watch and a copy of the invoice when you claim the guarantee. To prevent damage to the watch during transport, please use appropriate packaging.

If there is a guarantee claim, we will provide the guarantee within 30 days. As part of the guarantee, we bear the costs for sending the goods to us and for returning the goods to you.

We point out that the legal rights from the sales contract concluded with us are not restricted by this guarantee.
